Mental Health in the Workplace: Coming out of the Dark

tunnel, dark, light, person, walking

The subject of Mental Health in the workplace has been neglected and overlooked for many years. There are several factors behind this the most obvious being the shame and stigma that are still associated with the issues around mental health.

I am passionate about bringing the shame and stigma of mental health out of the darkness and into the light of acceptance. I believe that my skills and experience as a therapist and as a business coach make me ideally suited for this function.

We need to improve the conversation. We all have mental health in the same way we all have physical health.
